Bookings
¨ Booking guaranteed on receipt of 20 % non-refundable
deposit.
¨ Full payment for your holiday is required at least 49 days prior to departure.
¨ Bookings less than 49 days to departure, full payment is required within 72 hours.
¨ G.S.T. is included in cost of all Australian Based tours (currently 10%).
¨ Reservation
indicates your agreement with J & P Coaches Pty Ltd Conditions &
Policies printed to date.
Cancellations
and Refunds
¨ If you cancel or terminate your holiday we will charge a cancellation fee.
¨ The price of your holiday is not guaranteed until full payment is received.
¨ Refunds are not issued until tour departure and are not available for cancellations after holiday package has commenced or in respect of any tours, accommodation, meals or any other service not utilised.
¨ Cancellation fees will be charged if documentation or full payment not received.
¨ Cancellation will also result in the loss of the full cost of Airfares & Cruise fares (carrier fees) in addition to the cancellation fees listed below (if applicable).
¨ Days are calculated Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm.

- meals including Breakfasts (buffet and continental), Lunch & Dinner in
restaurants rating from family to five stars (& BBQs).

each itinerary

¨ Comfort factors - ‘J & P’ operate a non-smoking policy. NSW Health Regulations strictly prohibit smoking in coaches. We also utilise a seat rotation system. Seat rotation will be at Tour Escorts’ discretion & seats may be limited by wheelchair positioning (where applicable).
What's
Not Included?
¨ Meals not included in itinerary (i.e. snacks, breakfast first day and dinner last day of tour), all beverages, mini-bars, insurances, items of personal nature i.e. laundry, phone calls, excess luggage fees, optional excursions, visas or passports, documentation, tips and porterage overseas.
¨ The
price does not cover the expense of travel to pick-up and from drop-off
points.
Travel
Insurance
¨ We strongly recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance.
¨ We suggest that the policy should include, but not be limited to the following cover; loss of deposit through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money and medical expenses.
¨ This
is your responsibility to arrange.
Meet
and Greet
¨ Each tour has three pick up & drop-off points.
¨ Points vary each trip & are dependent on location of majority of travellers' residences.
¨ Tours that include flights meet only at the airport - no pick-ups for flying tours, unless arranged.
Changes in Prices and Itineraries
¨ ‘J & P’ constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and tour features.
¨
If
improvements can be made, or by unforeseen circumstances, beyond company
control makes changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries
and substitute accommodation / transport / activities.
¨ It is impossible to foreshadow accurately fluctuations in exchange rates.
¨ All overseas holiday packages are budgeted to a minimum exchange rate.
¨
If
the exchange rate falls below the minimum rate, we reserve the right to
delay departure of the tour or increase cost of tour (cancellation may be
made without fees charged if tour price increases only.)
Who Helps Me?
¨ Owners Peter & Julie Williams, participate actively in every tour.
¨ We guarantee that either Peter or Julie is on your tour if not both of them.
¨ Peter is a Personal Carer and Julie is a Registered Nurse and both are Accredited Coach Drivers.
¨
All
‘J & P’ drivers are Department of Transport Accredited.
¨ We guarantee that there will be one Registered Nurse on every tour.
¨ Personal Care & Assistance is provided between 6.30am & 9.30pm (night round at 2.30am) – times adjusted to itineraries.
¨
Travellers
must honour these times to allow tour escorts adequate breaks.
¨ An additional fee may incur if, care is required outside these hours, ‘one-on-one’ care is required, or a carer must remain with a traveller throughout the night. (All based on medical, social & behavioural reasons - Company decision.)
¨
Please
note, that wheelchair use does not indicate you need ‘one-on-one’ care.
¨ Our Tour Escort Ratio varies between 1:2 and 1:3 (one escort to every 2-3 travellers).
¨ Our Company believes our high escort level improves the care, safety, quality and enjoyment of our holidays.
¨ Our inclusive holiday packages exclude bringing your own Carer.
Documentation
¨ Travellers are required to complete the Personal and Medical Care Forms sent on confirmation of booking.
¨ Failure to provide information required will forfeit your participation in tours and incur cancellation fees.
¨ All travellers must complete forms regardless of ability or state of health.

These
