Charter Conditions
Bookings
¨ Booking guaranteed on receipt of 20 % non-refundable
deposit.
¨ Full payment of charter to be 7 days from last date
of charter.
¨ All
charters are based on a minimum-three hour charter and include depot transfer
fee.
¨ All
bridge tolls and motorway fees are included in charter rate.
¨ Prices
may be subject to change without notice.
¨ Amendment
fee - $50.00 charged for each amendment to booking times, dates, seating, etc
after confirmation of booking.
Coaches
¨
All
Coaches are fully carpeted with velour covered seating, air-conditioned with
personal adjustment vents, two-point PA system, microphone, radio, cassette
deck, hydraulic lifter for wheelchair access.
¨

seat – 5 star Luxury Coach – also has Individual Modular Seats with full
seat belts, TV, video, CD player, Personal adjusting air-conditioning / heating
vents, over head lighting, overhead enclosed luggage compartments plus
additional folding full seat belt guide seat (33 seats).
¨ Luggage
trailer is fully enclosed and carpeted complementing interior of coaches. Access
via three doors and secured with locks.
¨
All
Coach Captains are fully accredited under NSW Department of Transport and have
experience with assisting passengers with disabilities.
Coach
¨
Smoking
is not permitted on coaches.
¨
Seating is dependent
on wheelchair configurations and placement of any wheelchair passengers not
conforming to cultural standards is not in disrespect.
¨ Please
allow additional time to load and unload wheelchair passengers when providing
itineraries.
¨ Wheelchair hydraulic lifter is only to be operated by
J & P Coaches Pty Ltd employees. J & P Coaches Pty Ltd will not be
liable for use of lifter by passengers or contracting company employees.
¨ Payment
of deposit indicates hirer’s agreement to conditions and policies as provided
by J & P Coaches Pty Ltd.
